Do you offer weekly recycling pickup?
Yes. Cook’s Disposal provides weekly residential recycling pickup for all service areas.
Recycling pickup schedule by town:
Mondays: Webster
Tuesdays: Palmyra, Ontario
Wednesdays: Penfield
Thursdays: Macedon
This consistent schedule makes Cook’s Disposal a reliable choice for local recycling service in Wayne and Monroe counties.
What time does my trash get picked up?
Trash and recycling pickup occurs between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Please have your toters at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day to ensure service. Routes may change as we grow, it is best to have totes out the night before.
What is your holiday schedule?
Our trucks run Monday to Thursday. There will be a one (1) day delay after observed holidays falling on weekdays:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Do you accept large or bulky items?
Yes. Large item pickup is available for an additional fee. Please call or email for pricing and scheduling:

What should I do if my trash was not out on pickup day?
If your trash was not curbside in time:
You may place it out for your next scheduled pickup, or
Request a return pickup for an additional $50 fee
This policy helps keep routes efficient and on schedule.
What size trash toters do you provide?
Cook’s Disposal provides clearly labeled 96-gallon trash and recycling totes, ideal for standard residential household waste.
Do I receive a recycling container?
Yes. Customers may choose between:
A traditional recycling bin, or
A 96-gallon recycling tote
This flexibility supports different household recycling needs.
How do I sign up for trash and recycling service?

Our team will follow up to confirm availability and start dates.
Can I receive a refund?
You are not entitled to a refund if you cancel service. You must complete the quarter or your annual contract unless you have moved or are deceased.
When are totes delivered?
Trash and recycling totes are delivered within seven (7) days from when you sign up. Please note there is a $50 fee if service is canceled after totes are delivered but first trash pick up has not yet occurred. First invoice must be paid in order to start service.
How long is my rate guaranteed?
For existing customers, the current rate is guaranteed for the balance of 2026.
How will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are sent via email.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cook’s Disposal does not accept credit cards at this time. Accepted payment methods include:

ACH payment through your emailed online invoice
Are there late fees?
Service will be paused for all accounts 15 days past due. When payment is received service will resume on your following scheduled pickup. A $50 "go back" fee will be charged if you need service earlier.
Does Cook's Disposal have a permit to do business?
Yes, Cook's Disposal holds the appropriate permit where one is required. See Webster permit.
Can I place items outside my totes for pickup?
Excessive trash outside residential totes is subject to an additional charge. Please call ahead at 315-502-0001 or email office@cooksdisposal.com for a quote.
