Hayden Smith
Hayden’s career path reflects a lifelong dedication to hard work and entrepreneurship. Growing up, he watched his father build a successful tile business, which sparked his own interest in running a company. He got his start in the recycling industry while working alongside his stepfather at BNC Recycling, a Rochester-based operation focused on scrap metal. That early experience cemented his passion for recycling and disposal services and gave him a clear sense of direction.
After graduating from Gananda High School in 2017, Hayden continued to build his skills as an ironworker and later took on a facility management role at Premier Metal. Each step of his journey taught him new ways to lead, solve problems, and strengthen operations. Today, as General Manager of Cook’s Disposal, Hayden combines his hands-on background with his entrepreneurial vision. His goal is to grow Cook’s Disposal into a leading provider of waste and recycling services while building lasting relationships throughout the community and eventually realizing his dream of full ownership.

Becky Cook
Becky’s career path has been shaped by a strong family foundation of hard work and dedication. Growing up, she watched her father build and run a successful tile business and learned from both her parents the value of perseverance and commitment. She began her own career working alongside her father, eventually managing the entire office and gaining firsthand experience in business operations.

Over the last 20 years, Becky has expanded her expertise through roles in both the healthcare and payroll industries. Her reputation has been built on hard work, reliability, and exceptional customer service—qualities that continue to define her leadership at Cook’s Disposal. Outside of work, Becky is a proud mother of two boys and enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family.

Quinn Smith
Quinn Smith’s career path has been shaped by ambition, family influence, and an early passion for business. As a young boy, he famously presented his stepfather with a full business plan—dressed in his best jacket and tie—hoping one day to bring those dreams to life. He grew up watching his father build a successful tile business and his stepfather run BNC Recycling, a thriving scrap metal operation. Surrounded by entrepreneurs, Quinn learned early what hard work, discipline, and determination truly look like.
After graduating from Gananda High School in 2019, Quinn began his professional journey in the electrical field while continuing to lend a hand at BNC Recycling. His dedication, curiosity, and hands-on approach helped him develop into a skilled electrician with a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and problem-solving. Now, Quinn is ready for his next chapter. Working alongside his brother, Hayden, he is excited to carry their shared vision forward at Cook’s Disposal—combining their background in recycling, trades, and small-business values to help grow a local company built on service, reliability, and community trust.
